Refund & Return Policy:
We do not accept any returns or refunds of orders. We make every effort to fulfil your order which has been placed, so once the order is confirmed, then it can’t be cancelled or modified. However, If we cannot process your order, we will contact you and discuss what best can be done with your order. Once the order has been successfully placed on the website sajanabyshagun.com that it can’t be cancelled in any situation, there is no point in refunding your amount.
If the courier gets returned/ or is non-deliverable due to courier company issues or customer issues (wrong address, wrong phone number, service issues, out-of-service area, wrong address), then we are not responsible and liable to pay back or refund.
Exchange Policy:
Although If you have received any wrong, defective or damaged products, then your order will be eligible for exchange and replacement. To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. For that, a clear and correct video recording of the opening package is needed for a replacement for the same product only. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You need to Create a Support ticket and attach the recorded video or you can send an email to support@sajanabyshagun.com. The video should be from start to end without any interruption. In a video, first, all sides of the parcel should be visible that it is packed it should be shown from every side with billing detail on it. If we find that the video is edited, not clear, not recorded properly, and details are not clear, we have the right to cancel your request for product replacement.
